As a degreed educator, Rusty has worked as a professional Trainer specializing in adult education and learning.  He has facilitated trainings for various groups including foster and adoptive parents, child welfare and mental health staff, judicial professionals, law enforcement, public school staff and administrators, legislators, church members, volunteers, and community organizations.  Rusty's personal experience of growing up in the care system, combined with his professional experience, provides a distinctive and perceptive approach to training.
